Please note the conversion dates and plan accordingly.
Beginning Friday, May 31 at 5:00 p.m. until Monday, June 3 before 5:00 p.m., telephone
banking, online banking/bill pay, and mobile banking/mobile deposit will be
unavailable for use. Debit cards will be available on a limited basis. Credit Cards will
not be affected. Please note to withdraw some cash that you might need for the weekend
of May 31 – June 3 prior to May 31.
We apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to the exciting new features
our new system will offer.
Action Required for Some Account Holders:
All direct deposits, ACH transfers, online bill payments and automatic payments will continue as scheduled.
Bill Payments will need to be reset for all payees.
Telephone Banking Users: The new Telephone Banking Number will be 1-800-445-0378. You will have to
use the last four digits of your Social Security Number the first time you use this service after May 31 to
access your accounts. Once logged in, please change your Security Access Code when prompted for security
If you use E-Statements, please download your available E-Statement history onto your PC or a flash drive
prior to 6/1/19 as after conversion, you will not have access to this data through Online Banking. If you
download account history into money management software, please do so prior to 6/1/19 as after the
conversion, you will not have access to this data through Online Banking.
