IAM members at Auto Truck Transport have ratified a new four-year contract.
The agreement covers more than 600 IAM members at Local 641 in Mount Holly and Cleveland, NC; Local 166 in Laredo and Converse, TX; and Local 63 in Portland, OR. It includes various wage increases, mileage and delivery incentives, and a safety bonus. The company agreed to contribute to the IAM National Pension Fund at a rate of $3 per hour, with an increase to $6 per hour by November 1, 2017. Employees also have the option to join the IAM National 401(k) Plan.
