61.61% Of The IAM Local Lodge 2003 Membership Votes To Ratify Contract  Members of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, Local Lodge 2003, have successfully ratified the M1 Support Services, L.P., Fort Novosel, AL contract. The ratification vote took place over three days, April 8th, 9th, and 10th, with 61.61% of the membership voting to accept the contract.

Several of them have been directed by the Performance Work Statement (PWS) changes. We are working diligently through this process.

With negotiations for the M1 Support Services contract looming, the GNC has formulated a form that you can submit for proposed changes to the CBA. As of now, the current CBA is set to expire at midnight on May 4, 2025. Every contract proposal form will be read and taken into account when negotiations preparations begin.
