The Committee, along with representatives from District Lodge 75, IAMAW Aerospace Department, Strategic Resources Department, Communications Department, and Southern Territory, continues its diligent efforts to secure the best possible contract for our union members. Today's meeting with the company marks another step forward in this crucial process. The negotiation journey is inherently lengthy and meticulous, but it is a necessary endeavor to ensure an advantageous contract for the members.
