On Friday, December 20, 2024, the IAM and M1 Support Services ", the primary contractor for the Fort Novosel Aviation Maintenance Contract" agreed "... that for the time periods beginning at 1700 Friday, December 20, 2024, and concluding at 0600 Monday, January 6, 2025, time limits..." will be held in abeyance.

The IAM Local Lodge 2003's Community Services Committee trip to the Ronald McDonald House and Children's Hospital of Mobile, Alabama.
Twice a year (Thanksgiving & Easter), the Community Service Committee Chair Heath McCormick and Entertainment Committee Chair Buster Munson organize a trip to these two places.
At the November 2, 2024, regular business meeting, nominations for the following positions were held. The election for those with multiple nominees will be held on Wednesday, December 11, 2024.

At the January 4, 2025, Regular Business Meeting, the newly elected Executive Board Officers were sworn in by Directing Business Rep Randy Garrett.
The Local Lodge Executive Board Officers will serve a three-year term in accordance to the Local Lodge By-Laws.
With negotiations for the M1 Support Services contract looming, the GNC has formulated a form that you can submit for proposed changes to the CBA. As of now, the current CBA is set to expire at midnight on May 4, 2025.
Every contract proposal form will be read and taken into account when negotiations preparations begin.
