Dear Members,

We, the leadership of the IAM&AW Local Lodge 2003, extend our heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you working on the M1 support services contract. Your overwhelming support and solidarity during the recent strike sanction vote have been truly inspiring and have demonstrated the strength and unity of our union.

Your commitment to standing together in pursuit of fair treatment and better working conditions is a testament to the power of collective action. It is through your unwavering dedication that we are able to make strides toward achieving our goals and ensuring that our voices are heard.

We understand the challenges and sacrifices that come with taking such a stand, and we want to acknowledge the courage and determination you have shown throughout this process. Your vote of confidence empowers us to continue fighting for the rights and well-being of all our members. The Strike Sanction vote has passed with over ninety eight percent (98.65%) approval, in accordance with the IAM&AW Constitution and Official Circulars. Contract negotiations will begin on March 10, 2025.
