Newly negotiated contract for the Diesel Shop Mechanics.
A new three (3) year contract.

They received an immediate $1.52 per hour raise, then another $1.50 over the next 2 years, in addition to a $6.00 per hour rise based on tiers, upon completion/passing testing.  Overall, $9.02 over 3 years, which is a 47% increase if the tiers are met. They now have their first ever grievance procedure in place to help protect the members!
