The Negotiation Committee will be at the Union Hall, 345 U.S. Highway 84 West, Daleville, AL 36322 March 31, 2025, through April 4, 2025, to answer any questions about the M1 Contract Negotiations Last Best And Final Offer (LBAFO).

The Committee will be available at these times:
from 5:00am to 10:00am and from 12:00pm to 6:00pm

The LBAFO will be available for download on the Union’s website at www.iam2003.org/M12025 and printed copies will be available at the question-and-answer meetings and during the ratification votes.

The Contract Ratification Vote will be:
April 8, April 9, and April 10, 2025
From 5:30am to 6:00pm
