Attention M1 Contract
This message is for all M1 and Subcontract employees at Fort Novosel.
Due to impending severe weather for the Fort Novosel area, the following work schedule has been implemented. All Scheduled/Phase Maintenance (CPM1, CPM2, Knox {Scheduled}), AMSS and Warehouse employees will discontinue operations no later than 1430 today, September 26, 2024 all employees should be off Ft. Novosel no later than 1500.
All unscheduled maintenance (including all administrative personnel, unless otherwise directed by field management) will discontinue operations after they have worked four (4) hours, September 26, 2024.
Second and third shift, M1 & Subcontractor operations are cancelled and will not report to work today September 26, 2024.
Affected employees may use their accrued time or layoff for the balance of their shifts. At this time, normal operations will resume at 0500 beginning with 1st shift on Friday, September 27, 2024. Any report times earlier than 0500 on September 27th should be adjusted.
Also, please note that Faulkner gate will not open until 1000 and the Newton gate will open at 1300.
