August 6, 2009 - The latest contract negotiated under the Service Contract Act (SCA) for IAM members at two U.S. Air Force Bases in Florida demonstrates once again the benefits of having a bargaining committee with years of experience dealing with the unique opportunities afforded by the SCA.
