Rep. Marcy Kaptur Blast Wall Street Bailout

As the debate continues, Senate leaders on Wednesday approved emergency legislation to bailout Wall Street.  Representative Marcy Kaptur, (D) Ohio blasts the administration and Wall Street for the proposed bailout, the House, previously rejected the legislation votes again on Friday.
