What if I have a problem with my job?

See your Shop Steward or Grievance-Negotiating Committeeperson. The union contract provides that grievances will first be taken up by the Steward and the Supervisor, and if not settled at that step, it becomes a grievance. If your problem is not a grievance, as defined in the contract, your Steward, or Grievance Committeeperson, can tell you whether the Union can help in some other way.
