Day three of the AFS Negotiations
Not too much to report on today. The Company opened the day with a comprehensive counter, and only some minor issues were resolved.
Much of the day was spent discussing and working on article 35, and specifics of scenarios in application of the current and GNC-proposed changes to article 35. That discussion ended at 3 P.M., and will continue later. WE WILL work hard to find a fair and equitable resolution to the problems in article 35.
After those discussions, we worked into the evening on a comprehensive counter to the company, to be presented in the morning. Have a good evening!
