Members working under the M1 Support Services contract at Fort Rucker need to make sure their current contact information is up to date with their employer, including:

• Email address
• Mailing address
• Phone number

IMPORTANT OPEN ENROLLMENT CHANGE

This year, each subcontractor will conduct its own Open Enrollment.

Open Enrollment will NOT be conducted through the M1 Employee Self Service (ESS) system as it has been in the past.

Because each subcontractor will be responsible for communicating Open Enrollment information to its employees, it is especially important that your employer has your correct email address, mailing address, and other contact information.

Insurance is an important benefit. Don't lose the opportunity to review or make changes to your coverage because an outdated email address or mailing address caused you to miss important Open Enrollment information.

Please take a few minutes to verify your information with your employer and update anything that has changed.
