Following is the complete tentative agreement reached. We would have preferred
to have  this agreement available for your review earlier, but unfortunately it
took both your Union and the AFS committee  time to review, proof and correct
the final document prior to distribution.
Given our history, these negotiations were extremely challenging for both
sides. At the end of the day neither side had a complete win but the final
tentative agreement reflects a contract your negotiating committee believes will
benefit our members for the next three years.
We urge all of our membership to be in attendance Sunday to cast your vote for
a labor agreement offering security for the next three years.
