Day five of the AFS Negotiations
We started the week with hopes of completing the non-economic process by close of negotiations today.

In a show of Solidarity, members from 2nd shift arrived at noon with a surprise lunch for the Negotiating Team. Brother Raymond Poole, Strike Committee Chairman, brought the IAM flag from our local, and we all enjoyed hotdogs and chips and visited on a bright, beautiful afternoon.
At the end of the day, we were able to make two passes which managed to clear some of the less important issues from each side's remaining non-economic list.
Remaining major non-economic issues:
- Article 35 - Seniority Aspect "You can download the attachment below for the proposal."
- Overtime
- Training
Remember, all the above adjectives are in response to the company... But WE WILL continue to be professional providers to our customers needs.
