WE WILL see to it that the customer (The Army, Air Force, ACLC, AMCOM and the Pilots in the seat) is flying the safest aircraft anywhere in the world.

WE WILL see to it that the customer (The Army, Air Force, ACLC, AMCOM and the Pilots in the seat) is always right.

WE WILL see to it that we do the job we are paid to do to the best of our ability, knowledge, skill, experience and sheer dedication. Zig Zigler once said, "if you are willing to do more than you are paid to do the day will come when you are paid more for what you do."

WE WILL see to it that no one in any aircraft or on the ground is harmed in any way because of something we have or have not done.

WE WILL fix, service and repair all aircraft safely the first time based on our knowledge, skill, experience and dedication to each task at hand.

WE WILL see to it that the 9,000,000 (nine million) flight hours (Maintenance Related Accident Free) continues to grow without a maintenance related accident.
